Thank you for accessing SEV (hereinafter referred to as "SEV" or "the Platform"). This site and mobile application are owned and operated by SEV Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

By accessing or using SEV, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

SEV reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

At SEV, we strive to create a safe, transparent, and rewarding ecosystem where sustainable choices are celebrated and incentivized.

1. Eligibility

Use of SEV is available only to persons who can legally enter into contracts under applicable laws.

Persons who are "incompetent to contract" within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 — including minors (under 18 years), un-discharged insolvents, etc. — are not eligible.

If SEV discovers that you do not meet eligibility criteria, your access may be restricted or terminated without prior notice.

2. Membership & Registration

Some features of SEV may be available without registration; however, full access requires creating an account.

You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information when registering.

SEV reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if information is false, misleading, or misused.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

3. Electronic Communications

By using SEV or communicating with us electronically, you consent to receive communications from us through email, SMS, push notifications, or other digital means. These communications may include updates, promotional offers, account notices, and service information.

4. Rewards, Badges & Subsidies

SEV rewards users for eco-friendly actions such as EV adoption, sustainable consumption, and participation in green initiatives.

Rewards, points, badges, or subsidies earned through the Platform are subject to SEV's internal policies and may change over time.

SEV reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue any rewards or subsidy programs without prior notice.

Rewards have no cash value unless explicitly stated and may not be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed outside SEV's ecosystem.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain SEV features may be subscription-based. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees as per the plan selected.

Payments are processed securely through our authorized payment partners.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated in SEV's refund policy.

SEV reserves the right to revise pricing, introduce new subscription tiers, or discontinue plans at its sole discretion.

6. Reviews, Feedback & Submissions

Any comments, suggestions, ideas, or content submitted to SEV ("Submissions") will become SEV's property. By submitting, you grant SEV worldwide rights to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and distribute such content without compensation. You agree not to submit unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or harmful material. SEV may monitor, edit, or remove submissions at its discretion.

7. Accuracy of Information

While SEV strives to ensure accurate service, reward, and content information, errors may occur.

SEV reserves the right to correct inaccuracies, update details, or modify features without liability.

Information provided on SEV is for guidance only and should not be treated as professional or legal advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

SEV shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Platform.

SEV is not responsible for interruptions, delays, or technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

Users are responsible for ensuring their actions taken outside SEV (e.g., adoption of EVs, purchase of green products) meet legal and safety standards.

9. Privacy

Your use of SEV is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information. By using SEV, you consent to our data practices as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

11. Termination

SEV reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at its sole discretion, without notice, for violations of these Terms & Conditions or misuse of the Platform.
