Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations for SEV Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("SEV", "we", "us", "our").
1. Returns
As SEV operates as a digital services and rewards platform, physical returns do not apply.
Any merchandise or partner rewards redeemed through SEV (if applicable in the future) must follow the partner/vendor's specific return policy.
SEV will facilitate communication with the partner where possible but will not be directly responsible for physical returns.
2. Refunds
Subscriptions & Services
SEV follows a No Refund policy once a subscription or service payment has been made, as access to digital features, rewards, and benefits is activated immediately upon payment.
Reward Redemptions
Points, badges, or subsidies earned on SEV cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
Once redeemed, all transactions are final.
Failed Transactions
In the event of payment gateway failure, duplicate charges, or technical errors, SEV will ensure that refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. Cancellations
Subscriptions
Users may cancel their subscription plans at any time via account settings. However, no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle. Cancellation takes effect from the next billing period.
Orders with Partner Vendors (if applicable)
Orders placed with third-party vendors via SEV may only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped, in accordance with the vendor's cancellation policy.
4. Shipping & Delivery
(for Partner Rewards / Merchandise)
If SEV introduces physical merchandise or partner reward redemptions:
Delivery timelines depend on partner vendors and courier services. SEV is not directly liable for delays due to logistics or courier-related issues but will assist users in tracking and resolving concerns.
SEV reserves the right to cancel an order if the product is untraceable or delivery is not possible.
In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the user's original payment source.
